CITY CLUB OF DENVER: Appointed Steven Wright of Isaacson Rosenbaum PC as president and Libby Fay as secretary of the board of directors. Also named as directors were: John F. INTERIOR DEPARTMENT: Appointed Randall Luthi as director of the Minerals Management Service. Luthi, deputy director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, is a former speaker and majority leader of the Wyoming House of Representatives.
