A Denver man was charged today with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting his 85-year-old aunt, the Denver District Attorney’s office said.
Keith Gerken, 48, was charged with the fatal shooting of Laurna Gerken that happened July 18 in the 3900 block of Lowell Boulevard, according to a news release.
He is being held without bond and is scheduled to be formally advised of the charges Friday.
