Five siblings who no longer live in the home that was featured on the show alleged that the network still owed them a home, according to . The lawsuit was filed almost a year ago by Charles II, Michael, Charis, Joshua and Jeremiah Higgins – recent orphans who claimed “Extreme Makeover,” its construction company and the couple who now own the property exploited their tragic circumstances. Earlier this month, L.A. Superior Court Judge Paul Gutman ruled that the Higginses failed to prove their claims.
