GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—A 16-year-old boy visiting his uncle noticed something was not quite right as he walked through a mobile homes park Tuesday evening.

That ‘something’ was a plume of smoke come from one of the trailers.

Luis Birron ran to the trailer, banged on the door and shouted to see if anyone was inside, and heard the faint voice of a man.

The teen shouted again for the man to get out, but the man refused — citing a lack of clothes.

Birron grabbed a towel off a nearby clothes line, threw it to the man, and pulled him from the flames, all while his own skin was being seared by the heat.

Ben Wilson, the resident of the burning home, soon thanked Birron and tried to reward him for his bravery, as they watched fire crews put out the blaze.

The boy’s response: “No problem.”

The was no word on the cause of the blaze.
