Reality TV has its first baby.
Trista Sutter gave birth to a baby boy Thursday, Maxwell Alston Sutter.
“He is perfect and beautiful and everyone is doing great,” she told Usmagazine.com, which released the news today.
Trista and her husband, Vail firefighter Ryan Sutter, famously fell in love on the ABC reality series “The Bachelorette” in 2002. They were married on an ABC special in December of 2003.
The baby (5 pounds, 3 ounces) was born at Vail Valley Medical Center. The Sutters reside in nearby Avon.
In March, Trista told The Denver Post that they did not want to know the sex of the baby before its birth. “There are so few surprises in life,” Trista said. “We just want that moment.”
