Despite all the studies about how healthy Coloradans are, its citizens are overworked and need to take more vacations, according to a report in Men’s Health.
The magazine looked at how many hours we work, how much overtime we log, commute times, incidence of high blood pressure and stress level rates when we’re on vacation.
Denver scored an “F,” coming in 98 out of 100 cities analyzed, while Aurora got a 94, not much better. Colorado Springs was about the middle of the pack, scoring at 45, or C-plus.
Manchester, N.H., was the worst and Milwaukee was the best city, chill-wise. Meanwhile, an expedia.com survey found that the average American receives 14 vacation days a year but uses only 11.
