An early morning fire in Olde Town Arvada damaged antiques and furniture at the Art Peddlar Antiques store.
A passerby reported smoke around 2:20 a.m., today. Six engine companies responded and were able to control the fire within 35 minutes.
No one was injured. The building, at 5740 Olde Wadsworth, received minor damage. However, the building’s contents were heavily damaged by smoke and fire and water.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
