This recipe makes enough to frost one layer cake.
Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
1/2 cup marshmallow cream
Directions
In standing mixer, combine shortening, salt, almond flavoring and sugar. Mix well. Blend in 2 tablespoons hot water. Add more water if needed. Mix until smooth. Add marshmallow cream and mix well.
