FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Colorado State University defensive tackle Devin McWilliams is facing disorderly conduct and weapons charges after police said they found him holding a large pellet gun outside a party.
Police saw McWilliams, 21, getting out of a car early Sunday with what appeared to be a rifle but turned out to be a pellet gun, police spokeswoman Rita Davis said Tuesday.
McWilliams, of Riverside, Calif., had no listed phone number. It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.
