Police are offering a $5,000 reward for anyone with information that leads them to the person who started a fire early Mondayin an Old Town Arvada antique store.
Arvada police along with the Arvada Fire Protection District are investigating a fire and have ruled it as a possible arson.
The fire damaged antiques and furniture at the Art Peddlar Antiques store, 5740 Olde Wadsworth, and was reported by a passerby who noticed smoke about 2:20 a.m.
It’s believed a person or persons started the fire possibly between 1:30 a.m. and 1:45 a.m., police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Arson Tip Line at 1-877-892-7766.
