Willie DeWayne Clark, a suspect in the fatal drive-by shooting of Denver Broncos player Darrent Williams, pleaded not guilty to two counts related to crack-cocaine dealing in federal court Wednesday.
Clark, 24, was indicted last month along with several members of a Denver street gang on conspiracy charges of trafficking crack cocaine.
The Williams homicide remains unsolved, and Clark has never been arrested or charged in connection with that crime.
Clark was named a suspect in the homicide in court records and by Denver police sources.
