A Fort Collins man was arrested in relation to the fatal stabbing of a teen this morning, according to police.
Adrian Allen, 24, was taken into custody on allegations that he killed Joseph Martell, 19, also of Fort Collins.
Police found Martell outside a home on the 1000 block of Ponderosa Drive with knife wounds after hearing reports of a stabbing came in just before 3:30 a.m. today.
Martell was taken to Poudre Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy was conducted today. Martell died from his stab wounds and his death was ruled as a homicide, according to the Office of the Larimer County Coroner.
