Colorado as a topic for the Denver Post $25 Haiku Contest, that’s easy, right? Well it was. In fact it was so easy that we were frankly at a loss to select the one we liked best. In the end, it was a regular contributor who got us off the hook, although you may want to give Sandy Barstow of Laramie the hook once you’ve read her winning haiku:

Not just another square state
Wyoming’s better
