Britney Spears’ off-the-wall antics have launched what promises to be a bitter battle with ex-hubby Kevin Federline over their two kids. K-Fed fired the first salvo in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday with an order to show cause why he shouldn’t get full custody of their sons, Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months, the New York Daily News reports. The would-be rapper is worried Spears is exposing the boys to “unnecessary risk” with her bizarre behavior, sources said.
Don’t blame Lindsay Lohan for her bad behavior – blame her parents. Lohan’s former bodyguard of three years, Tony Almeida, tells the New York Post that neither Dina nor Michael Lohan provided any structure for Lindsay when she was growing up and that both were wild and abusive partyers who needed to keep her working to pay their bills.
Almeida, who worked for Lindsay from 2002 to 2005, told the new issue of In Touch, “From a young age, she dealt with her father’s physical, emotional and drug abuses as well as her mother’s drinking.”
As Lindsay’s manager, Dina received 10 percent of her income. “Lindsay was the family cash cow – and she resented it,” Almeida claims.
Jennifer Lopez has been awarded nearly $545,000 in a lawsuit against her first husband, Ojani Noa, over his plans to publish a tell-all book claiming she had several affairs. Lopez’s lawsuit claimed that Noa had violated a previous lawsuit settlement preventing him from revealing private information.
Noa, 31, and Lopez, 39, married in February 1997 and were divorced 11 months later. His unpublished, ghostwritten book alleges that during that time Lopez had multiple affairs, including one with her third and current husband, Marc Anthony, court documents indicated.
