Gwyneth Paltrow tells W magazine that she’s planning to make a cooking show with celebrity chef Mario Batali. The project will document the two road-tripping through Spain later this year, checking out local cuisine. Says Gwyneth: “I told him, ‘I’ll go with you.’ Later, he was like, ‘Are you joking?’ And I was like, ‘No, I’m actually not joking!’ I eat all that (Spanish) stuff. The crazy fish things, the eels, I love it all.” She’s on the cover of the September issue of W.

Believe it or not, supermodels eat. Sort of. The New York Daily News recently followed around two of the superest, Karolina Kurkova and Selita Ebanks, both Victoria’s Secret alums, and found their eating habits couldn’t be more different. Kurkova, who makes her own food rather than relying on whatever’s available on set, breakfasted on mysterious homemade “green juice” and lunched on a bowl of homemade zucchini soup, while Ebanks chowed a McDonald’s steak, egg and cheese bagel with hash browns. “It’s my favorite breakfast,” she said. “I’m the most unhealthy person when it comes to eating. I just don’t care.”

Got a jones for L.A. sushi but constantly hounded by the paparazzi? Hit HamaSaku Sushi rather than Nobu. E! Online reports regulars to HamaSaku include Justin Timberlake, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lindsay Lohan and Scarlett Johansson, but the paps rarely camp out in front. Other L.A. restaurants on the down-low: Blue on Blue (which recently served Paris Hilton), Whist (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and The Lodge, which allows famous patrons to enter through the kitchen.

Celeb chef Paula Deen tells Glamour magazine what she loved most about the stages of her life. Her favorite thing about her 20s: “The clothes and the teased hairdos.” Her 30s: “Making cookies with my kids.” And her 40s: “Realizing I had the power to change the direction of my life” and “starting a business and gaining financial freedom.” Check out her comments in the September issue of Glamour.
