MTD Products, the maker of such brands as Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt and Yard-Man, has introduced a collection of 4-cycle outdoor tools that emit half the emissions of standard 2-cycle engine products. Makers say users can expect increased fuel efficiency of about 25 percent. These tools also start easier, have better engine performance, are quieter and produce less vibration.
