MORRISON, Colo.—A retaining wall near a Morrison bridge construction project collapsed.
KUSA TV said no one was hurt in the Friday afternoon incident.
The Colorado Department of Transportation said the crumbled wall was not supporting a load.
CDOT is replacing overpass bridges at Willow Springs Road and Highway 285. The current work is on the southbound bridge. The northbound bridge was already replaced.
Work on the southbound bridge should be complete by the end of the year.
