This simple drink calls for the richest dark rum you can stand and the most outrageous ginger beer you can find. Key limes are ideal, but regular limes also work fine. Makes 1 drink.
Ingredients
2 ounces dark rum (also called black rum)
6 ounces ginger beer
Sizable lime wedge
Directions
Pour rum into a highball glass filled with ice. Fill with ginger beer, squeeze lime on top.
