Inside the giant that is Rupert Murdoch
Author and Vanity Fair magazine columnist Michael Wolff has signed a deal with Doubleday to write a book on Rupert Murdoch’s rise to power and his recent takeover of Dow Jones.
The book is set to be published in hardcover in fall 2009.
“Drawing upon his unrivaled access to Rupert Murdoch himself, his business associates and his family members, Wolff will depict the intense corporate and family saga that forms the back story of the media mogul’s ultimate consolation of power,” Doubleday said in a statement. | thebookstandard.com
