BOULDER, Colo.—A 19-year-old man is facing charges in Boulder after allegedly being caught naked in a public area on Labor Day.
Police arrested Corey Groffss about 3:15 p.m. Monday when police say they found him “pulling up his britches.”
Groffs was discovered at the intersection of Canyon Boulevard and 17th Street in Boulder.
He was transported to Boulder Community Hospital before being booked into the Boulder County Jail.
