Burn some calories, get some exercise, and do some good by joining the recreational bicycle ride fundraiser for the Cardiac Care Fund at this Lafayette medical foundation. Choose from 3 routes (5 miles, 40 miles and 62 miles). All are loops that start and end at the medical center. The $60 fee for the 62- and 40-mile routes includes a T-shirt,

water bottle, lunch and aid-station help. You can register this morning for the long ride that starts at 8 a.m., the 40-miler (9 a.m.) and the family cruise (10 a.m.)
