A Denver hearing today in which the guardians accused of starving a 7-year-old boy to death were expected to enter their pleas was delayed until November.
Attorneys for Sarah Berry and Jon Phillips, charged with murder in the death of Chandler Grafner, told the judge they needed more time to prepare.
The judge continued the case until Nov. 5.
Chandler died May 6, and the medical examiner determined he died of starvation.
