Dominique Pytlewski of the University of Colorado women’s golf team shot a final-round, 1-under-par 72 on Tuesday to win the McHaney/Morehead Invitational at the Rawls Golf Course in Lubbock, Texas. She is just the third CU player to win a tournament since the team was formed in 1993.

Pytlewski, a sophomore, finished with a three-round total of 1-over 220 and is the first CU women’s golfer to win a tournament since Hannah Hoch in 2004. It was Pytlewski’s third top-five finish this year.

Texas Tech’s Megan Dowdy finished second at 221, leading the Red Raiders to a first-place team finish. Georgia was second and CU third.
