The man suspected in a fatal stabbing early Saturday has turned himself in to Denver police.
Landon Paul Chavez, 27, is being held on suspicion of first-degree murder in the death of Ricky Ortega.
Ortega was stabbed about 3 a.m. in the 2800 block of Osceola and was rushed to St. Anthony Central Hospital, where he died from his wounds.
