MERRIMACK, N.H. – Hillary Rodham Clinton on Wednesday called for a national broadband Internet system and permanent research tax credits. NEW YORK – U.S. prosecutors said they seized a saxophone autographed by an unidentified former U.S. president and more than 200 bottles of fine wine belonging to Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu. Hsu was charged Sept. 20 with wire, mail and election fraud. Prosecutors allege he defrauded investors of $60 million and violated campaign-finance laws.
