Some Denver-area spas are offering select services for $50 from Monday through Oct. 21 as part of Spa Week, a national campaign aimed at highlighting the health benefits of regular spa visits. Art supply drive. Looking for a way to dispose of unused arts and crafts supplies? The 2007 MAGIC Arts Supply Drive is going on now. Organized in response to studies indicating Colorado teachers spend an average of $400 of their own money on classroom supplies, Think 360 Arts Complete Education organized MAGIC to collect costumes, canvases, clay, paint, markers, crayons, musical instruments, theatrical props and the like for public schools. Donations are being accepted through Oct. 31 at 40 area locations, including Denver and Westminster public libraries, Guiry’s, Meininger Art Supply, Jerry’s Artarama and Wild Oats Markets.
