Priscilla Friedlander of Holistic Health LLC is spicing up her fall boot camps with interesting “equipment” – the session that runs through Nov. 9 at Arapahoe Community College Fitness Center, 5900 S. Santa Fe Drive, will feature pumpkins, and the Nov. 19-Dec. 29 camp will use frozen turkeys to help participants get in shape.
