That familiar feeling was back in Week 6.
L.T. went crazy, L.J. was a productive workhorse, Tom Brady was nearly perfect, Randy Moss and Terrell Owens caught touchdowns and Brian Westbrook was healthy and dynamic even without finding the end zone.
Besides those with Brady and Moss, fantasy owners have largely seen a lack of consistency from their projected studs this season while licking wounds from wasting high draft picks on Steven Jackson, Drew Brees, Rudi Johnson, Reggie Bush, Cedric Benson and Marc Bulger.
(Sigh.)
Cruising for help in Week 7? At quarterback, try Jeff Garcia (Buccaneers) against Detroit or Tarvaris Jackson (Vikings) against Dallas or Cleo Lemon (Dolphins). Jason Campbell (Redskins) and David Garrard (Jaguars) are bringing it regularly and deserve weekly consideration.
Not a good week for wideouts, although Marty Booker (Dolphins), Jerricho Cotchery (Jets) and any healthy Seahawks receivers (they play the Rams) might help. Help at running back looks average, too, with LenDale White (Titans) a maybe along with healthy renditions of Warrick Dunn (Falcons) and Fred Taylor (Jaguars).
