DES MOINES, Iowa—No one matched all six numbers to win the midweek Powerball jackpot worth $20 million, the Multi-State Lottery Association said.
The randomly selected numbers on Wednesday were 14, 15, 19, 42 and 46. The Powerball was 37 and the multiplier was 4.
Two Power Play tickets sold in Louisiana and North Carolina matched the first five numbers only for $800,000.
The top prize in Colorado was $400 for 38 Power Play tickets that matched other number combinations, state lottery officials said.
The jackpot was expected to grow to an estimated $26 million for Saturday.
Powerball was created in 1992 and launched in Colorado in 2001.
The game is now played in 29 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
