When Coors Field opened in April 1995, then Post food editor Helen Dollaghan featured this Cooking Light recipe. Makes 1 cup.
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup malt vinegar
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over moderately low heat about 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Store in refrigerator.
