AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—Rohan Steed sank a 3-pointer with one-tenth of a second left Wednesday night to give Brock University of Canada a 66-63 exhibition win over Air Force.
Brad Rootes drove the lane and passed to Steed in the left corner and Steed sank just his second field goal.
Tim Anderson’s 25 points led the Falcons. He sank six of seven 3-pointers, including one with five minutes left that gave Air force a 61-56 lead. Rootes hit two free throws and the Badgers tied it at 61 on a 3-pointer by Scott Murray.
After Anderson’s layup, Mike Kemp, who led Brock with 25 points, tied it at 63 with two free throws with 1:43 remaining.
The Falcons open the season Nov. 9 in the Air Force Classic at Clune Arena. The Falcons play Dartmouth and Northern Colorado faces VMI.
