Joining this “Summit Club” will cost you There are many opportunities to get involved with the Democratic National Convention, but some of them cost $5,280. The kick-off breakfast for the “2008 Summit Club” is in downtown Denver this morning, with local host committee notables Mike Dino, Steve Farber and Elbra Wedgeworth, right. Businesses paying $5,280 to join the club will receive a range of public recognition, invitations to events during the convention in August – and an “Official 2008 Summit Club Decal.”
