COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Jeffrey Alan Stark has been suspended from the sport of racquetball for two years after refusing to do an out-of-competition doping test, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency said Wednesday.

Stark, 38, of Olympia, Wash., did not take part in the test Aug. 25, USADA said.

His suspension is retroactive to Oct. 26 and disqualifies him from all competitive results since Aug. 25.

A listing for Stark could not be found in Olympia and it was unclear whether he had retained an attorney.
