Following up on their two popular “You” health and diet books, doctors Michael F. Roizen (founder of .) and Mehmet C. Oz of Columbia University have penned “You: Staying Young: The Owner’s Manual for Extending Your Warranty” (Free Press, $26). They demystify the aging process and share ways you can better respond to and adapt to outside stressors. “Three of nature’s best antiaging medicines,” they write, are to restrict calories, increase strength and get more sleep.
