Is it not clear that Broncos coach Mike Shanahan is out of touch with values by placing before the youth of America a running back and potential role model who is known to have used drugs, fathered nine children out of wedlock with separate partners and has difficulty speaking a sentence using proper English? This must be an embarrassment to the rest of the players. It’s past time for a change.

A rookie error by writers
I’m mad as … and not going to take it any longer! Troy Tulowitzki not being honored as the NL rookie of the year is the biggest miscarriage of justice in major-league history! How could the honor go to any player who commits 26 errors and has the worst fielding record in the major leagues? Shame on the baseball writers who vote for this most prestigious award, which can be a stepping stone to the Hall of Fame. This is highway robbery and, hopefully, won’t hinder Tulo’s chances for eventual induction into the Hall of Fame, where he will belong!
