The University of Denver Pioneers were bested 5-0 by the University of Portland Pilots during the NCAA Women’s Soccer Tournament, which got underway today at Prentup Field in Boulder.
Portland will go on to play the University of Colorado, which beat Hawaii today, 2-0 in the first round. The Buffaloes’ match against No. 2 Portland will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Prentup Field.
