From Barefoot Bubbly, but you could use any sparkling white wine.

Ingredients

  • About 1/4 cup fresh berries or 1 ounce berry purée (wild berry or raspberry)
  • 1 ounce raspberry liqueur
  • 4 ounces sparkling white wine
  • Thyme sprig

Directions

Blend fresh berries in a food processor to create the berry purée. Combine with liqueur and sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker with ice. Roll contents from one end of shaker to the next three times. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Garnish with thyme sprig.
