LONE TREE, Colo.—There is no word of any injuries following a report of smoke early Friday at a Dick’s Sports Goods store at the Park Meadows mall in Lone Tree, south of Denver.
The smoke was reported around 6 a.m.
Initial reports indicated a small fire had broken out, but that was not the case.
Everyone inside was evacuated and damage appears to be minimal.
There’s no immediate word on the source of the smoke.
Shoppers have been allowed back inside.
