AURORA, Colo.—Aurora police say a 16-year-old driver who crashed into an apartment building will be held on charges of felony eluding and second-degree motor vehicle theft.

Police say the teen, whose name wasn’t released, was driving a pickup reported stolen Friday from Denver.

Police say that when an officer signaled for the driver to pull over Saturday morning, the truck kept going.

The driver missed a turn and drove into an apartment building. No residents were injured.

Police say the teen and an adult passenger were treated at a hospital for minor injuries. Police say the adult passenger did not immediately face any charges.
