IGNACIO — Williams Partners LP said its natural- gas processing plant near Durango was shut after a cooling tower caught fire at about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday. There were no injuries.
The plant has a processing capacity of about 450 million cubic feet a day, and 100 million of that has been rerouted to other locations in the San Juan Basin, the company said.
