PUEBLO, Colo.—Colorado Lottery officials say Jeff Mitchell of Colorado Springs has won $1 million playing the scratch game Colorado Millionaire. It’s the largest instant top prize in the Colorado Lottery’s 25-year history.

Mitchell bought his ticket from Cheyenne Mountain Liquors in Colorado Springs. The store will receive $15,000 for selling the winning ticket.
