The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight reported a 0.32 percent decline in metro Denver home values during the third quarter, the first time it has had an annual decline since the second quarter of 1989.
Home values in Colorado were up 2.23 percent overall during the third quarter, driven in part by a 14.4 percent jump in Grand Junction home prices.
