Louisville-based Rock Bottom Restaurants Inc. laid off 36 support employees Monday, about one-third of its staff, due to economic factors, according to a report in the Boulder Daily Camera. Rock Bottom Restaurants operates 100 locations, including Old Chicago, Rock Bottom Brewery and ChopHouse restaurants.
