Snow geese: John Martin 10,001; Meredith 4,000; Nee Gronda 4,000; Nee Noshe 3,500; Holly gravel pit 2,000; Turks Pond 700; Bonny 500.

Ritter online. In what ranks as a rarity for a governor, Colorado’s Bill Ritter is featured on the Field and Stream magazine fly-fishing blog, Flytalk. Ritter shares a grip-and-grin photo op with a nice rainbow trout, taken on the North Fork of the South Platte River. The piece discusses his avid interest in angling.
