BOULDER — Authorities identified Thursday a man who died in the Boulder County jail as Shane Edward Behanna. Behanna, 39, was a resident of Erie, according to the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities said the death is not suspicious or believed to be linked to foul play.
