The Denver Business Journal reported on its website Monday that CB Rich ard Ellis Investors has purchased Independence Plaza, 1050 17th St., from Amstar- ARA Denver LLC for $144.5 million.
Amstar Group executive director Scott Gibler said the deal closed Thursday. CBRE acquired the property on behalf of an Alaska pension fund.
