Brighton Police Chief Clint Blackhurst was a passenger in a car driven by a police captain this morning when a motorist backed into their vehicle, officials say.
Neither Blackhurst nor Capt. Robert White were hurt in the accident, which happened shortly before 8 a.m., said John Bradley, Brighton police spokesman.
