HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Striking writers accused studios of not bargaining in good faith by ending talks Dec. 7.
In a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board, the union representing 10,500 writers asserted that the studios broke federal law by ending negotiations after writers refused to take several proposals off the table.
