Three 19-year-old men have been formally charged in the shooting death of a 10-year-old girl.
Joshua Rojas, Trivi Trujillo, and Juvenico Hernandez were charged with one count each of felony murder in the Nov. 26 death of Auralia Cisneros.
The charges allege the men were trying to rob the family when Auralia was shot and killed
According to police, the little girl was shot in the head around 10:20 p.m., when several gunmen knocked on the door of her family’s apartment at 4711 W. Tennessee Ave.
Police said Auralia’s father, Leo “Mickey” Cisneros, got into a gunfight with the men, who fled after the girl was shot.
All three are in the Denver County Jail being held without bond.
