Light-rail riders board a northbound train at Mineral station on Monday. The Regional Transportation District’s southwest rail line is fully operational again in the wake of last week’s coal-train derailment, which knocked out service south of Oxford station after a light-rail train that plowed into spilled coal derailed as well. Crews worked through the weekend to mop up the wreckage and repair damaged tracks.
